1. Use of the app
You may use ChartsGPT for lawful personal or business use. You are responsible for your device security and account settings on your app store platform.
2. No financial advice
ChartsGPT provides automated analysis and educational insights only. It is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Markets are risky and outputs can be wrong or incomplete. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions.
3. Subscriptions and billing
ChartsGPT may offer optional auto-renewing Pro subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase.
- Billing: Apple charges your Apple ID account after purchase confirmation.
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
- Management: manage, cancel, or renew subscriptions in Apple account settings.
- Restores: use Restore Purchases in-app for eligible transactions.
- Refunds: refunds are handled by Apple under Apple policies.
4. Your content
You retain rights to content you provide (such as chart images). You grant us permission to process that content only as needed to operate app features.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for illegal, abusive, or harmful activity.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit the app or its services.
- Use outputs in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
6. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these terms and app functionality.
7. Warranty disclaimer
ChartsGPT is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, ChartsGPT and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including trading losses, lost profits, or data loss.
9. Privacy
Use of ChartsGPT is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
10. Termination
You may stop using ChartsGPT at any time. We may limit or terminate access for misuse or violation of these terms.
