By downloading, accessing, or using Autoslides, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Use of the app
Autoslides provides AI-assisted creation tools for TikTok-style photo carousel slideshows, hooks, captions, hashtags, image prompts, and optional AI-generated backgrounds. You may use the app for lawful personal or business use only.
2. Generated content
AI-generated content may be wrong, incomplete, repetitive, offensive, or unsuitable for your audience. Autoslides does not guarantee virality, engagement, sales, followers, downloads, platform approval, or any business outcome.
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and approving all generated hooks, slide text, captions, hashtags, images, and exported content before publishing or using it.
3. Your content and permissions
You retain rights to content you provide, such as logos, screenshots, reference images, prompts, brand details, and style instructions. You grant Autoslides permission to process that content only as needed to provide app features, operate the service, enforce limits, and maintain reliability.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, generate, edit, save, export, or publish any content you use with Autoslides.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Autoslides may offer optional auto-renewing Pro subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase.
- Billing: Apple charges your Apple ID account after purchase confirmation.
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
- Management: manage, cancel, or renew subscriptions in Apple account settings.
- Restores: use Restore Purchases in-app for eligible transactions.
- Refunds: refunds are handled by Apple under Apple policies.
5. AI image generation and limits
AI image generation may be limited by usage limits, provider availability, safety systems, rate limits, API keys, or other operational constraints. Features may fail, be delayed, or produce fallback results.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for illegal, abusive, deceptive, hateful, harmful, or infringing activity.
- Upload or generate content that violates third-party rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or platform rules.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, or exploit the app or backend services.
- Misrepresent AI-generated output as guaranteed advice, guaranteed performance, or human-created content where disclosure is required.
- Use the app to create spam, scams, impersonation, misleading ads, or content you are not allowed to publish.
7. Social platforms and third-party services
Autoslides is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, OpenAI, Apple, or other third-party platforms unless stated otherwise. Third-party services may change, delay, limit, reject, or discontinue functionality at any time.
8. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these terms and app functionality.
9. Warranty disclaimer
Autoslides is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Autoslides and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost followers, lost engagement, rejected posts, advertising losses, business losses, or data loss.
11. Privacy
Use of Autoslides is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
12. Termination
You may stop using Autoslides at any time. We may limit or terminate access for misuse or violation of these terms.
