1. Use of the app
SoccerGPT provides AI-assisted football match scanning, fixture recognition, prediction summaries, form reads, head-to-head context, and related football information. You may use the app for lawful personal use only.
2. No betting or financial advice
SoccerGPT provides informational and entertainment-focused analysis only. It is not betting, gambling, financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. Predictions can be wrong, incomplete, delayed, or based on imperfect data.
You are solely responsible for any decisions you make, including whether to place bets or participate in fantasy, gaming, or wagering activity. You must comply with all laws in your location.
3. Subscriptions and billing
SoccerGPT may offer optional auto-renewing Pro subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase.
- Billing: Apple charges your Apple ID account after purchase confirmation.
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
- Management: manage, cancel, or renew subscriptions in Apple account settings.
- Restores: use Restore Purchases in-app for eligible transactions.
- Refunds: refunds are handled by Apple under Apple policies.
4. AI outputs
AI-generated results may contain errors or omissions. SoccerGPT does not guarantee match outcomes, probabilities, odds, player availability, team news, lineups, or live data accuracy. You should verify important information independently.
5. Your content
You retain rights to content you provide, such as match screenshots or camera captures. You grant SoccerGPT permission to process that content only as needed to provide app features, operate the service, enforce limits, and maintain reliability.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for illegal, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or exploit the app or backend services.
- Use outputs in a way that violates applicable law, league rules, platform rules, or third-party rights.
- Misrepresent SoccerGPT predictions as guaranteed results or professional advice.
7. Data and third-party services
SoccerGPT may rely on third-party services for AI analysis, subscriptions, sports data, news data, hosting, and analytics. Third-party services may change, delay, limit, or discontinue data availability at any time.
8. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these terms and app functionality.
9. Warranty disclaimer
SoccerGPT is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, SoccerGPT and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including betting losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or data loss.
11. Privacy
Use of SoccerGPT is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
12. Termination
You may stop using SoccerGPT at any time. We may limit or terminate access for misuse or violation of these terms.
