Terms of Use

The rules for using Bull Buddy. The short version: it's an educational tool, not financial advice, and every decision you make is your own.

1. Agreement

By downloading or using the Bull Buddy app (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. The app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, and these terms add to it. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Educational information, not financial advice

Bull Buddy provides educational and informational content about financial markets. Nothing in the app is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset.

This includes Bull's AI answers, market pulse readings, live alerts, news summaries, technical indicators, lesson content and journal insights. They describe markets and help you review your own process; they are not signals. Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the loss of more than your initial capital when leverage is used. Past performance and historical market reactions do not guarantee future results. You alone are responsible for your decisions; consider talking to a licensed professional before you act.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the app.

4. Market data

Prices, charts, news, calendars and live alerts come from third-party sources. They may be delayed, incomplete, interrupted or wrong, and some instruments show delayed data at the source. Whale, liquidation and spike alerts reflect only what public exchange streams report while the app is open. Always verify important information independently.

5. AI-generated content

Bull's answers and summaries are generated by AI and are labelled as such. AI can be wrong, incomplete or out of date even when grounded in live data. Use it to understand, not as a basis for a trade on its own.

6. Practice trading

Practice trading uses virtual money only. No real orders are placed, nothing is executed with a broker or exchange, and practice results have no cash value. Practice fills at the displayed price and does not model every real-world cost, such as spreads, slippage or financing, so real results would differ.

7. Subscriptions

  • Some features require a paid subscription (Bull Buddy Pro). Prices and periods are shown in the app before you buy.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

8. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no reverse engineering beyond what the law allows, no attempts to disrupt the app or the services it relies on, no automated scraping of its content, and no use that breaks the law or the terms of the data providers it connects to.

9. Intellectual property

The Bull Buddy name, logo, bull artwork, lessons and app design belong to us. Your journal entries and notes belong to you. Market data and news remain the property of their providers and publishers.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for any trading or investment losses, or for indirect or consequential damages, arising from your use of the app or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.

11. Ending use

You can stop using the app at any time; deleting your account in Settings or deleting the app removes your data from your device. We may suspend or end access to features if these terms are breached, or change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. Disputes go to the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless the law gives you the right to go to court where you live.

13. Changes and contact
