By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using Footmaxxing, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 to use Footmaxxing. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must approve your use and any purchase.
2. Personal-use service
Footmaxxing provides personal foot-care tracking and AI-generated informational content. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these terms and Apple's App Store rules.
3. Not medical or podiatric advice
Scores, observations, routines, comparisons, and reminders are generated by AI and may be subjective, incomplete, inconsistent, or wrong. They are not an objective measure of health, hygiene, identity, or personal worth.
Footmaxxing does not diagnose or treat fungal infections, nail disease, skin conditions, injuries, circulation issues, diabetes-related foot problems, or any other medical condition. If you have pain, swelling, bleeding, numbness, signs of infection, a worsening problem, or another health concern, stop relying on the app and contact a doctor or podiatrist.
4. Your photos and conduct
You remain responsible for the photos and information you submit. Only upload photos of yourself or content you have clear permission to use. You may not use Footmaxxing to violate privacy, harass others, upload unlawful content, interfere with the service, reverse engineer the app where prohibited, or attempt unauthorized access.
5. Routines and product suggestions
Any routine is general guidance based on what is visible in a photo and the concerns you selected. Follow product labels, patch test where appropriate, stop if irritation or discomfort occurs, and seek professional advice before treating a suspected medical condition.
6. Weekly and yearly subscriptions
Footmaxxing may be offered as an auto-renewing weekly or yearly subscription. The price and billing period shown in the App Store purchase sheet when you confirm are the terms of your purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Apple may charge your account for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- Deleting Footmaxxing does not cancel a subscription.
- Eligible purchases can be restored with Restore Purchases in the app. Billing disputes and refund requests are handled by Apple.
7. Ownership
Footmaxxing, including its design, software, branding, and original app content, is owned by its operator or licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
8. Third-party services
The app relies on services provided by Apple, OpenAI, and RevenueCat. Those services may change, delay, limit, reject, or discontinue functionality and may have their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Availability and changes
We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably needed for product development, maintenance, security, misuse prevention, or legal compliance. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
10. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Footmaxxing is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Mandatory consumer protections that apply to you are not excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Footmaxxing and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from AI output, use of suggested routines, delayed professional care, unavailable features, lost local data, subscription issues, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. Termination
You may stop using Footmaxxing at any time. Access may be limited or terminated if you materially misuse the app or violate these terms. Subscription cancellation is handled separately through Apple.
13. Apple terms
Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app. If these terms conflict with mandatory App Store terms, the mandatory App Store terms control.
