Email anthonyvvza@gmail.com. For faster help, include your iPhone model, iOS version, Girlmaxxing version, what you were trying to do, and any error message. Do not email face photos unless support specifically asks for one and you are comfortable sharing it.
Subscriptions
Girlmaxxing Pro may be offered as a weekly or yearly auto-renewing subscription through Apple.
- Manage or cancel: iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- Restore an eligible purchase: open Girlmaxxing and tap Restore Purchases on the paywall.
- Refunds and billing disputes: use Apple's Report a Problem service.
- If access does not unlock after purchase, reopen the app, verify you use the same Apple ID, then try Restore Purchases.
Scan and camera help
- Use even, front-facing light and keep your full face clearly visible.
- Remove heavy filters, sunglasses, or anything covering key facial features.
- Check camera or photo-library permission in iOS Settings if capture or import is unavailable.
- If AI processing fails, check your connection and try again with a clear photo.
AI results
AI reports are personalized but can still be subjective or inaccurate. They are informational and are not medical or dermatological advice. Contact a qualified professional for health concerns.
Notifications
Glow reminders can be switched off in Girlmaxxing Settings. You can also change notification permission in iOS Settings > Notifications > Girlmaxxing.
Delete scans or app data
Open Girlmaxxing Settings and choose Delete All Scans to remove saved scans and reports while keeping your profile preferences. Choose Delete Account to erase the locally stored profile, reports, routines, and photos. Deleting data or uninstalling the app does not cancel an Apple subscription.
