By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using Girlmaxxing, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 to use Girlmaxxing. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must approve your use and any purchase.
2. Personal-use service
Girlmaxxing provides personal beauty-tracking, routine, and AI-generated informational content. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these terms and Apple's App Store rules.
3. AI analysis is not professional advice
Scores, observations, routines, comparisons, and reminders are generated by AI and may be subjective, incomplete, inconsistent, or wrong. They are not an objective measure of attractiveness, health, identity, or personal worth.
Girlmaxxing does not diagnose skin conditions and does not provide medical, dermatological, cosmetic-treatment, nutrition, or mental-health advice. Consult a qualified professional about any health concern and stop following a suggestion that causes discomfort.
4. Your photos and conduct
You remain responsible for the photos and information you submit. Only upload photos of yourself or content you have clear permission to use. You may not use Girlmaxxing to violate privacy, harass others, upload unlawful content, interfere with the service, reverse engineer the app where prohibited, or attempt unauthorized access.
5. Weekly and yearly subscriptions
Girlmaxxing Pro may be offered as an auto-renewing weekly or yearly subscription. The price and billing period shown in the App Store purchase sheet at confirmation are the terms of your purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Apple may charge your account for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- Deleting Girlmaxxing does not cancel a subscription.
- Eligible purchases can be restored with Restore Purchases in the app. Billing disputes and refund requests are handled by Apple.
6. Ownership
Girlmaxxing, including its design, software, branding, and original app content, is owned by its operator or licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
7. Third-party services
The app relies on services provided by Apple, OpenAI, and RevenueCat. Those services may change, delay, limit, reject, or discontinue functionality and may have their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Availability and changes
We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably needed for product development, maintenance, security, misuse prevention, or legal compliance. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
9. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Girlmaxxing is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Mandatory consumer protections that apply to you are not excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Girlmaxxing and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from AI output, use of suggested routines, unavailable features, lost local data, subscription issues, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. Termination
You may stop using Girlmaxxing at any time. Access may be limited or terminated if you materially misuse the app or violate these terms. Subscription cancellation is handled separately through Apple.
12. Apple terms
Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app. If these terms conflict with mandatory App Store terms, the mandatory App Store terms control.
